Six programmes. Every file written for your car.
From economy maps to full turbo builds. Whatever you choose, the file is written in our workshop and mapped live on the dyno.
What each programme does.
Eco
We move torque lower in the rev range so the car pulls easily with less throttle. Made for work vehicles and high mileage.

Stage 1
Software-only remap for the standard car. Boost, injection, timing and torque limits tuned within the margins of the stock hardware.
- Turbo
- up to +50%
- NA

Stage 2
For cars with upgraded intake, intercooler, downpipe or exhaust. Mapped live on the dyno, on your own hardware.
- Hardware
- Intake · IC · Exhaust

Stage 3
Bigger turbo, fuelling upgrade, strengthened internals. We plan it as a project with you, from choosing the hardware to the final runs.
- Hardware
- Turbo · Fuel · Internals
- Dyno
- Multi-session

Gearbox / TCU
Gearbox controller calibration: shift points, torque limits, launch and shift speed, so the gearbox works properly with the remapped engine.
- Gearboxes
- DSG · ZF · DCT etc.

Extras
Software functions you can add to any programme. The EGR emulation for 1.6 / 2.0 TDI is our own development.
DPF, EGR and AdBlue removal are for off-road or competition use only, where they are not legal on public roads. Off-road use notice →
From the first conversation to the graph.
Consult
We learn about the car, its history and how you drive it, and check whether anything needs fixing first.
Read the ECU
We read the original software via OBD, bench or BDM and keep it on file.
Calibrate
We write the file in-house, for your specific car. Never an off-the-shelf file.
Dyno
We map it live on our 4WD Dimsport dyno, logging data on every run.
Graph
You leave with the before/after power and torque graph.
We read and write almost any ECU.
Anti-tuning-protected ECUs supported, with OBD, bench, BDM and Tricore reads. We work with the tools the trade uses:
Through the diagnostic port
Directly on the ECU
Background debug mode
Boot mode on Infineon Tricore

CMD Flash · Flashtec

What people ask before they book.
Is remapping safe?
We work within the limits of the car's hardware and check temperatures, pressures and mixture on the dyno before handing it back. A car with overdue maintenance needs fixing first, and we'll tell you before we start.
Will it affect my warranty?
It may. Changing the engine software can affect the manufacturer's warranty, especially for engine or gearbox claims. If your car is under warranty, talk it through with us before you decide.
Is it road legal?
A performance remap does not remove emissions equipment. DPF, EGR and AdBlue removal, however, are for off-road or competition use only, where they are not legal on public roads. Tell your insurer about the modification.
Can it go back to stock?
Yes. We keep the original file of every car we map and can write it back whenever you need.
How long does it take?
A Stage 1 with a dyno session is usually done the same day. Stage 2 and 3 depend on the hardware and may need several sessions. We'll give you the timing when we book.
What about fuel economy?
With the Eco programme on a diesel, consumption can drop by up to 10%. With Stage 1 it usually stays the same or improves slightly in relaxed driving. Use the extra power often and it will go up.
