What we collect

Only what you give us in the website forms (quote, booking, contact, dealer application): name, phone, email, vehicle details, company name and country, and whatever you write in your message.

To protect the forms from abuse, the server briefly keeps a hashed form of your IP address in memory only, for a limited time.

Why we use it

To answer your request, call you back, arrange your booking and handle our business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

We don't use your details for advertising and we don't sell or share them, except with the providers that host our website and email, only as far as needed to run them.

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The website only uses what is strictly necessary for it to work.

We count anonymous, aggregate visitor statistics (daily page views, referring websites, number of form submissions) on our own server, without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without third parties.

Videos from our YouTube channel load (from youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play; from then on Google's privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't lead to any work are deleted within 24 months. When we work on your vehicle, we keep the records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, ask for portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@microchips-tuning.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
